Raul Rikk, Program Director of National Security, e-Governance Academy of Estonia will be talking at the Smart Cities Week Australia as part of the Nordic delegation. Raul Rikk is one of the founders of NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn Estonia.
