On 10 December, we held our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Sydney Estonian House, followed by our End of Year Celebration.
In accordance with the constitution, all nine directors retired at the end of their term and were eligible for re-election. Six directors nominated themselves for re-election, while Marianna Jolla, Paul Semmel and Liisa Pobul chose not to stand for election this year.
We are pleased to confirm the re-election of directors:

- Marika Kompus
- Aet Madison
- Jane Oja
- Indrek Pernik
And we welcome three new directors:
- Ingrid Morrison
- Siim Konks
- Susanna Päiv

Our sincere gratitude goes to outgoing directors Marianna Jolla, Paul Semmel and Liisa Pobul. As founding directors, Marianna and Paul have been instrumental in establishing EACCI and guiding the organisation through its early years, helping shape its direction and foundations. Liisa has been a key contributor to EACCI’s activities for over six years and now transitions into the role of EACCI Area Representative in Estonia.
The AGM was followed by an end of year gathering, providing an opportunity to continue discussions and celebrate the successful year together.
