Tips and Tricks to Practical Strategic Planning
Everyone thinks strategically but not everyone is good at strategic planning. This session is about avoiding the ‘strategy that gathers dust’ with an approach that is practical and works for any organisation whether a small not for profit or an ASX 100 company.
About our Presenter
Mark Narustrang, B.Bus, FCPA, FFin, GAICD, Principal Consultant and Director of Pivotal Point Strategic Directions, is an experienced strategist that works with boards and executive to ‘improve the odds of success’. Mark has been consulting since 2015 having worked previously at Australia’s largest grain exporter, CBH Group, as Group Strategy and Innovation Manager and in the Financial Services sector prior. Mark has been engaged by Boards and Executives in the agribusiness, health care, public service, industrial manufacturing, education, research and resource sectors and is currently on the board of Grain Industry of WA (GIWA), an elected member of the WA Divisional Council for CPA Australia, on the Board Nominations Committee of CPA Australia and the Independent Member on a Pilbara-based native title trust. Mark is a first generation Australian/Estonian and a member of EACCI.
